The short answer is, we buy all our Gold/Sterling Sliver items from reputable suppliers several of whom we have been doing business with for many years. UK law requires items described as Gold/Sterling Silver to carry a hallmark if they weigh more than Gold 1.0g / Silver 7.78g. Many of our items weigh far less than this and as a result are not required to be hallmarked. However, many of the items that we sell (for example Sterling Silver earrings) are hallmarked 925.

We aim to dispatch ordered with 48hrs of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (unless otherwise requested).
