3a.  Anyone who enters our site id deemed a user (‘User’).  You are free to enter the site whenever you wish whilst adhering to all the relevant Terms. 

3b.  These ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ are governed by the law of England.  You and we agree to use the English courts for any kind of dispute between us.  If any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions of Use’ are found to be invalid by law,the rest will remain valid and fully enforceable. 

3c.  Any information,content or opinions given on our website are purely subjective and we cannot guarantee its fitness for purpose or accuracy. 

3d.  The contents of the site do not represent any form of advice by us and is not intended to be used as such.  We reserve the tight to change the content at any time and will not be held liable for any failure of software during a purchase or at any time whilst using our site.

3e.  A person who is not party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.  This clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.

3f.  We, or any affiliated companies, shall be under no liability for and delay or failure to deliver Products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4a. All rights in the content of these web pages are owned and controlled for these purposes by us. All material accessible on this website is protected by copyright.  You must not copy, download, store (in any medium), adapt or change in any way the images or contents contained within our website for any reason whatsoever without our written consent. 

4b. You must not use any forms of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to extract data or information from the website. 

4c.  You must not create and/or publish your own website or database that features substantial parts of the website, including, but not limited, to prices, product listings and photography. 

4d.  You must not use any part of this website for the purpose of advertising, endorsing or implying any connection with you or a third party. 

4e.  You must also not use our website in any way that undermines our credibility or otherwise commercially exploit the site.  This applies, but is not limited, to text, graphics, images, photographs, video or data available on the website.   

4f.  Availability of the Website – We will use our reasonable endeavors to provide you with a prompt and continuing service.  We do not, however, warrant that the website or the service it provides will continue uninterrupted or without delay or that it will remain unchanged.

5.     Payments
We accept the following payment types.


6.     Pricing
6a.  All prices shown are inclusive of V.A.T and are in G.B.P (£). We welcome purchases from overseas customers; however, all orders are charged in G.B.P.  Any transaction fees that are added by our payment provider are not our responsibility.  We cannot be held responsible for errors on this site, including but not limited to prices. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without and notice being given. 

6b.  We will delay dispatch until receipt of cleared funds.


7.     Online orders and Delivery
7a.  When you place an Order with us, we need to obtain various details from you so that we can process your Order.  You must ensure that the details which you provide each time you place an Order are correct and complete. 

7b.  When an item is purchased online you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and an order number.  When it has been posted you will receive another email confirming your order has been dispatched.  We aim to dispatch your order with in 24 hrs(and no more than 48 hours) after funds have been received.  In the unlikely event your will be delayed we will contact you to inform you when delivery can be expected.  Orders placed at the weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be posted the next working day. 

7c. Ownership of the Products you Order on the Website shall pass to you on delivery provided that we have received the full value for such Products.


8.     Postage and Packing
8a.  We make every effort to ensure your items are packaged attractively, safely and securely.  Please retain any packaging if you want to make a return. 

8b.  We offer several different deliver options and FREE standard UK first class delivery when you spend £100 or more.  UK customers spending over £150 will also receive FREE Parcel Force Delivery which is a trackable next working day service. Order weighing 1Kg or more will be sent by courier which will ensure that your order is received within 24 hrs of posting (regardless of and postal strikes).  Please note that our cut off for same day dispatch for Special Delivery is 2pm (1400) Monday-Friday. 

8c.  We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. 

8d.  Postage Costs:

9.     Out of stock items
9a.  Due to the nature of our business items occasionally become out of stock at the time we process your order.  If this occurs, we will contact you with options or issue an immediate refund.  


10.     Security
10a.  We are committed to ensuring that your information is safe and secure.  To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial safeguards.  We don’t not sell, or pass on, your information to third parties. To ensure you can shop securely we use an online secure payment service provider.  3.     Product information

11a.  We take care in describing and photographing each item, so they appear as accurate as possible.  However, the colour, finish,shape of handmade items may differ slightly from one item to another.  Also, the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor and so we cannot guarantee your monitor will display the exact colour of the product. 

11b.  We will take every care to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and prices of products, but we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information had been miss-published,including prices and promotions.  Orders are subject to availability. 

11c.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All measurements are approximate, and unless stated sizes are UK sizes. 


12.     Special offers and promotions
12a.  Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion and only one promotion can be used per order.  Voucher codes and offers will be applied after any other deductions have been calculated. 

12b.  In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the good proportionally.  The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any delivery costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer.  


13.     Returns policy
13a.  We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14day of purchase and we will be happy to offer are fund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.  

13b.  To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdrawal, e.g. by letter or email.  The right of withdraw lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods.  It is important you do not break the seal/label of the product.  If the seal/label is broken, you can not use your right of withdrawal.  If you have received a free gift as a part of you purchase, you must also return the free gift to us, if you no longer meet the conditions for receiving the free gift. Exceptions to this are:i)      Special order items which have been customised or re-sized by us on the customer’s request or independently. Please remember you are buying a piece of jewellery, all of which must be treated with care.  These items are not suitable to wear whilst gardening, washing / showering, playing sports, applying creams / lotions etc. 

13c.  Damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be notified verbally or by email within 30 days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. 

13d.  Items must be returned in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and in a selling condition.  For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings or body piercing items if there is evidence that they have been worn, this will void your return guarantee.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

13e.  Our returns policy is in addition to our statutory rights and nothing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Full details of your rights under the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’are available from your local ‘Citizen’s Advice Bureau’ or your local ‘Trading Standards Office’. Note: When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  Please note you are responsible for the postage cost involved in returning all unwanted or unsuitable items. 

13f.  Items that are repaired or altered outside of us are void from our guarantee cover. 


14.     Liability
14a.  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent miss-presentation. 

14b.  In the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by us, your use of any of the Products other than in accordance with their instructions is entirely at your own risk. 

14c.  You will be responsible for liabilities, claims and expenses that arise our the content you submit, post or transmit via the Website, or from your use/misuse of the Website or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the Terms. 

14d.  We warrant that we will provide the Products with reasonable skill and care, within a reasonable time, and substantially as described in these Terms.  We do not make any other promises or warranties about the provision of the Products. 

14e.  We cannot assume any liability for:
i)      Any viruses or any other disabling features that affect your access to or use of the Website.
ii)    Any incompatibility between the Website and other website, services, software and hardware.
iii)   Any delays or failures you may experience in initiating, conducting or completing any transmissions or transactions in connection with the Website.
iv)   Any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website. 

14f.  If either you or we are in breach of the arrangements under these Terms, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach.  Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an Order.  2.     Intellectual property rights

Some customers ask ‘…Are your items hallmarked?’.

The short answer is, we buy all our Gold/Sterling Sliver items from reputable suppliers several of whom we have been doing business with for many years. UK law requires items described as Gold/Sterling Silver to carry a hallmark if they weigh more than Gold 1.0g / Silver 7.78g. Many of our items weigh far less than this and as a result are not required to be hallmarked. However, many of the items that we sell (for example Sterling Silver earrings) are hallmarked 925.

Any items requiring hallmarking will be done through the London Assay office as that is where our hallmark is registered. Our unique ‘Sponsors Mark’ looks like this:
